Project Execution

Phase I: To be completed by March 2011. The Phase I of the project entails construction of the boundary wall, construction of east-side entrance gate and infrastructural development of land consisting of 100 freehold plots. Development includes roads, pavements, street lights, underground electrical cabling, rain water drainage system, sewerage system, water treatment system and associated plumbing.
