Phase I of the project has commenced and booking is open for freehold plots of sizes :
i) 12.25m x 18.5m (2440 square feet approx.)
ii) 9.25m x 13.75m (1370 square feet approx.)
Price :
The freehold plots are being offered, as on date, at the rate of Rs. 400/- per sq.ft.
Corner plots are available at a premium of 15%. The price is inclusive of ALL developmental charges.
Registration charges shall be extra.
With effect from 2nd April 2008, the price of freehold plots shall be Rs.450/- per sq. ft.
