Phase I of the project has commenced and booking is open for freehold plots of sizes :
i) 60 ft. x 40 ft. (2400 square feet approx.)
ii) 45 ft. x 40 ft. (1800 square feet approx.)
Price :
The freehold plots are being offered, as on date, at the rate of Rs. 600/- per sq.ft.
Corner plots are available at a premium of 15%. The price is inclusive of ALL developmental charges.
Registration charges shall be extra.
With effect from 1st Nov 2011, the price of freehold plots shall be Rs.700/- per sq. ft.
